The 24 Finale aka Shanghai Surprise*

That 24 finale was fabulous and I say this upon a few days' reflection. At first I was real disappointed that Jack was caught by the Chinese. Why did he go into an abandoned area to take that call? Even if it was from his daughter, still....i guess after 24 hours of non-stop action and emotional wear and tear, he wouldn't think twice about going in that room. Poor Audrey.....

There are so many possibilities for the next season, very appropriate for China to be involved in this show since the next summer olympics is in 2 years. Not to mention all the great subplots going on (Logan, Aaron/Martha, Chloe, ...). The only crappy part is that 24 isn't airing again until January of '07. What will I watch for 8 months?

*Shanghai Surprise was an 80s movie with Madonna and Sean Penn. I never saw it but I heard it was pretty awful.
