Awkward Moment In Time

This past weekend, I went to a house party with a friend of mine. She had her eye on a cute doctor fellow* at the party. He made his way over to us and started talking to us. My friend and I were on our way home so somehow he ended up escorting us to the bus station. Well, the cute doctor was paying a whole lot of attention to me and very little attention to my friend. The clincher was when he said that he could see himself marrying a blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl. Sorry buddy, but I'm not dying my hair blonde anytime soon, more like ever!

So my friend eventually figured it out, sadly it's not the first time this has happened to her but I feel bad that I was the vehicle through which this happened to her again.

*Cute doctor fellow is not Jewish so there wasn't much I could have done with him anyway. I decided a few years ago to only date Jews, if you really want to know the whole story maybe I'll address it in a future post.
